Planning a big trip usually means chasing several agencies, then trying to compare quotes that arrive as PDFs, emails and chat messages, each with different inclusions, hotels and terms. A firm price can take days, and it’s hard to tell which agency to trust. Groups make it harder still: someone has to gather everyone’s preferences.
Agencies have the mirror-image problem. They spend hours on custom quotes that often go nowhere, and many pay for leads whether or not anyone books.
Many travelers now start planning with AI, but a complex trip still needs an accountable person to price it, book it and look after it: a travel agency. AI can now do the slow parts: organizing a brief, helping agencies draft from their own rates and lining proposals up side by side. That makes tailored proposals faster for agencies to prepare and easier for you to compare. People stay in charge of what matters: agencies set every price, and you choose.
