WanderBids sends you complete, checked trip briefs from travelers in the routes you know best: private groups, family reunions, honeymoons and tailor-made trips. At most three agencies see each request, and you keep full control of your itinerary and your price.
Founding Agency places are planned for the first 20 agencies in each market.
You never compete with more than two other agencies, so every proposal you write has a real chance.
Dates, group size and age groups, budget, origin and trip style, checked for completeness before they reach you.
On our planned Network Partner plan there’s no subscription and no lead fee, just a success fee on the bookings you win.
Not the right trip for you? Decline it. There’s no penalty.
When a traveler chooses another proposal, we share the reason whenever the traveler gives us one: price, hotels, speed or fit.
Your net rates and suppliers are never shown to other agencies.
You set every price. No AI-generated price reaches a traveler without your sign-off.
Tell us about your agency, your licence or accreditation and the routes you serve. We check your documents and references, then, if you’re a fit, send you a test brief.
When a traveler’s brief fits your destinations and specialties, a team member invites you to propose, alongside no more than two other agencies.
Use your own itinerary format, and aim to send it within 48 hours of receiving the request. We turn it into a comparison card, so the traveler can compare like for like.
The traveler accepts your proposal and books with you. You’re the seller (merchant of record): you take the traveler’s payment, including any deposit, under your own terms, and you confirm the bookings. How and when we invoice the success fee is set out in the agency terms you’ll receive before you join.
You book and look after the trip, just as you do today.
During the concierge pilot, planned for November 2026 to January 2027, a team member matches requests by hand. Pilot fees and invoicing are agreed with each agency in writing before it receives a request.
We plan two ways to work with us: start as a Network Partner with no subscription, or run your whole agency on Agency OS. Prices are in US dollars.
Network Partner is planned to start in January 2027, when our first routes are due to open fully. Agency OS is in development and planned for 2027.

Yes, with no penalty. If a trip isn’t right for you, declining is better for everyone.
You do. AI can help you draft (on Agency OS, planned for 2027, the AI Proposal Co-pilot will work from your own rate sheets and notes), but every price is yours, and no AI-generated price reaches a traveler without your sign-off.
