Your trip brief

Start your trip brief

Trip briefs open when our pilot starts, planned for November 2026. Once they’re open, you’ll tell us about your trip in a few minutes, a team member checks your brief, and up to three vetted, licensed or accredited agencies who know your destination aim to send tailored proposals within 48 hours. Questions before then? Contact us.

  • You pay nothing to WanderBids; agencies set their own prices
  • You never have to accept a proposal
  • Your brief goes to matched agencies only if you tick the box that lets us share it

Our pilot is planned for Manila to Japan and Singapore to Korea.
