1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the WanderBids website and its forms while we get ready to launch. WanderBids is a product of {{ ACE: }}, registered in {{ ACE: }} under number {{ ACE: }}, with its registered address at {{ ACE: }} (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. When you apply as a travel agency, we’ll also ask you to confirm that you agree. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
You must be 18 or older to apply as a travel agency.

2. What WanderBids does
WanderBids introduces travelers to independent travel agencies that are licensed or accredited where they operate and that we have vetted. A traveler sends one trip brief, we match it with up to three agencies that know the destination, the agencies aim to send tailored proposals within 48 hours, and we help the traveler compare them side by side, with help from AI.
Trip briefs aren’t open yet. They open with our pilot, planned for November 2026. Before they open, we’ll add the terms that apply to trip briefs, and we’ll ask you to agree to them when you send one.
3. What WanderBids doesn’t do
- We don’t sell, book or provide travel. The agency a traveler chooses sells the trip, takes the payment and is responsible for delivering it. The agency is the merchant of record for the booking.
- We’re not a party to any booking or contract between a traveler and an agency.
- This website doesn’t take payments or deposits.
- We don’t give visa, health, insurance or legal advice.
4. Applying as a travel agency
- Applying is free.
- When you apply, you confirm that you’re authorized to apply for the agency and that the details you give are accurate. Please tell us promptly if your licence or accreditation status changes.
- We check each application, including the licence or accreditation with the body that issued it, and we decide which agencies to accept. Applying doesn’t mean you’ll be accepted.
- Plans, prices and offers on our website are planned. They aren’t an offer you can accept on the website. Agencies we accept receive our agency terms, and sign them before they receive any trip request.
5. Your responsibilities
When you use the website, you agree to:
- give accurate information and keep your contact details up to date;
- share information about other people only if you’re allowed to and they agree;
- not enter passport numbers, card or bank details, or health information in any form or message;
- not use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, including spam, fake applications, scraping, or trying to disrupt or break into the site; and
- not pretend to be someone else, or to represent an agency you’re not authorized to represent.
6. Our content and yours
The website, the WanderBids name and logo, and our text, designs and software belong to {{ ACE: }} or our licensors. You may use the website for your own personal use or, for agencies, to apply to work with us. Please don’t copy, resell or reuse our content without our written permission.
Your messages and applications stay yours. You allow us to use them to reply to you, assess your application and run WanderBids, as our Privacy notice explains.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. Other websites and services
The website may link to other websites or to services such as WhatsApp. We’re not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.
8. Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Please tell us if you spot one.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded or limited.
9. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end access to the website, or decline an agency application, for example if it looks fake or breaks these terms. You can stop using WanderBids at any time and ask us to delete your information (see our Privacy notice).
10. Changes
This is an interim version. We’ll update these terms after legal review and before trip briefs open, and post each new version with its date. If a change materially affects you, we’ll tell you before it applies.
